Wholesaler Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesaler of our STEM Education Products. Please review the terms and conditions below before proceeding:

• Minimum Purchase: A minimum of 100 units must be ordered per transaction to qualify as a wholesaler.
• Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full before order processing. No credit facilities are offered at this time.
• Required Documentation: You must provide the following documents for wholesale approval:
  • 📄 Company SSM Registration Certificate (Form D / Form 9)
  • 📄 Business or Company Profile (if available)
  • 📄 Director’s IC copy (for verification)
  • 📄 Company Address & Contact Details
• Pricing & Discount: Wholesale pricing will be shared upon verification and approval. Discounts may vary based on volume.
• Delivery: Shipping cost will be quoted separately based on delivery location and order volume.
• Licensing: Each book comes with a unique license key. These are non-replaceable and non-refundable once activated.
• Returns: Only manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
• Promotional Use: Approved wholesalers may use our materials (images/descriptions) for marketing but must credit the source.
